Korean beef stew

 Korean Beef stew
(Portion each beef into 120g together w/ a 3oz. of the sauce.)
 
Kenchi 1k
Ginger 30g
Kikkoman 120g
Brown sugar 150g
Water 2liters
Red onion(quartered) 2pcs
Garlic (crushed) 8pcs
Peppercorn 2T
Dried chili 1T
